TV and Film Location Support

Dallas Event Services began supplying to the TV and film industry in 2020 following over a decade’s experience supplying to the Events industry since 2009. We pride ourselves on providing a range of marquees to suit all sizes of productions and budgets from a standard white tent to a clear roof with festoon lights and red carpet for VIPs.

We have a range of locations kit to service your filming from Ezyups to heaters and can provide additional kit at short notice. Our team of experienced marquee riggers will erect your structure on location to suit your schedule.

Long standing clients in Kent include Leeds Castle, Betteshanger Park, Dover Castle and we have specialist experience working at heritage sites.

Locations for filming clients include Pinewood Studios, Longcross Studios, Warner Brothers Studios at Leavesden, Carmel College and Goldsmiths Hall in Central London, Powercourt in Barnet, studio facilities in Luton Hoo, West Wycombe Park, White Waltham Airfield and Tenterden Town Station at the Kent & East Sussex Railway.

Dallas Event Services supplies locations kit hire for Film and TV delivered to your location or studio.

We have a range of Marquees to cater for small to large productions to service your filming from Green Rooms to Crew Dining and Crowd Holding, from Hair, Make Up and Costume including Dressing rooms to Prop Storage and Art Dept Workshops.

Additional Kit includes wooden flooring with carpet, Trestle Tables, Folding Chairs, Marquee Lighting and Heating, Costume Rails and Dressing Room mirrors. Picket Fencing is also available. A trailer is available for Locations or Security Office (Internal Dimensions H-2.05m x W-1.90m x

Our film credits

For the filming of the TV series 'Red Eye' (2024) we supplied a Marquee, tables and chairs used as a crew catering area.

Marquee use for crew green room and HMU/costume during the 'The Haunting of Helen's Bridge' (2025).

At various locations for 'A very British Scandal' (2021) we supplied Marquees, Furniture and Ezyups providing a cost effective solution for the large crowd holding spaces required to comply with Covid regulations.
